I just last year finished reconstructing a circa 1700-1710 log house in Deleware County Pa.I've been doing this fof 30 years here in Pa. From what I see of your work you do dame good work, keep it up. Norman T. Glass <ntglass@bee.net> Newtown Sq., Pa. USA - Amazing Man! Nanci VA USA - Its bad enough that I keep getting spammed to death by these credit card debt offers. It seems like everywhere I turn I see ads for repair credit this and that. Now these companies are posting messages on your guest book to advertise their credit counseling services? Give me a break! Maybe some of us don’t mind having bad credit and just want to use the Internet in peace. Post your junk elsewhere. Brenda Sun City, OR US -

HEIGHWAY <JHEIGHWAY@WORLDNET.ATT.NET> CHESTERLAND, OH USA - Friday, November 23, 2001 at 10:18:43 (PST) I read a story in the Huntington Herald Dispatch on the work that your company is doing on the Richard McCallister home. I want to that this time to inform you that I am very happy that your company is doing this job. There are two reasons for this one I have been very interested in the restoration of log homes for many years and your work is to be applauded. The other reason is that Richard McCallister was my Great-Great-Great Grandfather and to have his home restored and sent to the Ulster American Folk Park realy makes me proud. I would very much like any information that you have on this Log house. I would be willing to pay for your cost of photos or any other cost that you my have in the shipping of your photos to me. I do understand that you are very busy and will not have time to do this every day but if you do have the time as you are restoring this house. Again I want to thank you for your work in restoring American history. Great work in a proud family tradition. Rob Johnson <robjohnson@scenicbirchriver.com> Charleston, WV USA - Monday, October 01, 2001 at 15:07:43 (PDT) I was born in a log house in Clarksburg, WV. It was built about 1880 by my Great Grandfather, Hezekiah Stuck. It is still standing and is structurally sound, although the present owner is not keeping it maintained. It was in use until about two years ago. I think the present owner would welcome a company like yours to remove the structure and rebuild it elsewhere. I have a photograph of the house, with my great grandmother standing in the yard. I also have some history about the house being built, original papers pertaining to settling of my great grandfathers estate and appraisal of contents of the house when my great grandmother died. The house was built of square cut logs that came from a livery stable located somewhere behind the present location of the Harrison County Courthouse. Please contact me at 304-636-6367, at my web address or at 108 Evans Drive, Elkins, West Virginia 26241 I would like very much to see a company like yours re-locate this house before it deteriorates and cannot be restored. I would be glad to assist you in introducing you to the present owner and giving you all the information that I have on the history of the house. Sincerely, Bob Cowgill Bob Cowgill <rcowgill@meer.net> Elkins, WV USA - Sunday, September 30, 2001 at 10:35:43 (PDT) Enjoyed your site the furniture is beautiful. Restored cabins are remarkable.
